You can call us and set up your Direct Debit over the phone, please call us 0330 324 0018 anytime Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. When calling please select option 1.
If you don't want to set up a Direct Debit then you can pay your bills by logging in to your online account, or you can pay by calling us on 0330 324 0018 and selecting option 1. We will be able to take payment over the phone anytime Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
