If you are a credit billed customer i.e. we send you a bill once a month for your heating and hot water charges, you won't have an in-home display.


Only PAYG customer have an in-home display to help them keep track of how much credit they have left on their account.


If you have moved into a property with a prepayment meter and don't have an in-home display then please get in touch to let us know so we can sort this out for you.
