Credit billed customers

You can view paperless bills and annual statements by logging into your online account. Simply go to www.watkinsenergy.co.uk and click on "My Account". If you’d prefer we can send paper bills by post, but you’ll need to get in touch with us to request these. We try to avoid sending paper bills to help reduce our impact on the environment and also to help keep our charges down.  

 

Once a year we’ll make an annual statement available to you showing you:

  • Your total heat use for the previous year based on readings from your heat meter
  • Total charges for the year, including the standing charge and unit charge
  • Total payments made by you
  • Details of any outstanding charges

Where possible we’ll also include a comparison with how much heat you used in the previous year.


PAYG customers

You won’t receive a bill because you’ll be adding credit to your meter, as and when you need to.  You’ll be able to see your top-up history on your in-home display and also on your online account. We’ll make an annual statements available to you showing you:

  • Your total heat use for the previous year based on readings from your heat meter
  • Total charges for the year, including the standing charge and unit charge
  • Total payments made by you
  • Details of any outstanding charges

Where possible we’ll also include a comparison with how much heat you used in the previous year.
