You can call our automated payment line to make a payment at any time. Please call 0203 650 4060 and select option 1. You'll need your debit or credit card details and your prepayment card number.

You can top up by visiting any PayPoint outlet. To top up at a PayPoint outlet you'll need your prepayment card number and barcode which you can find in your welcome pack on page 9 of the 'Welcome to your new home!' brochure above the barcode, or in your welcome letter.
