To top up your meter you'll need your prepayment card number. You can find your prepayment card number:
- On page 09 of your 'Welcome to your new home' brochure.
- By logging in to your online account and going to 'Account Settings', you'll find your prepayment card number at the bottom of the page.
- On your in-home display, just navigate to settings and then click 'info', check out our in-home display user guide if you need some help, you'll find this in our online library www.watkinsenergy.co.uk/library.html.
- Your preayment card number is the number next to the Payment Card ID, underlined below
If you want to top up at a PayPoint outlet you may want a physical prepayment card. We don't provide prepayment cards as standard in your welcome pack as we're trying to reduce our impact on the environment if a card isn't needed. We find that a lot of customers save their payment card details in apps such as Stocard. However, if you would like a physical card just give us a call 0330 324 0018 or send us an email help@watkinsenergy.co.uk and we can get one sent out to you.
