If you're renting out your property you can contact us to set up a heat account in your incoming tenant’s name so we can bill them directly for their portion of the standing charge and the heat they use. You'll need to pay an administration charge of £24 for us to set up a separate account in your tenant's name.

If your tenant doesn’t pay their bills, under the terms of your Heat Supply Agreement, you’ll remain responsible for any debt on their account.
As required by Section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 you’ll need to cover the cost of any maintenance, servicing or repairs. This means we’ll need to separate out the cost of this from the daily standing charge, and any future replacement costs for equipment forming part of the network (if applicable). We’ll invoice you separately for this.
