In some cases we collect a fund through the service charge to cover future costs for replacing any of the equipment forming part of the heat network should they break or reach the end of their life. To find out if this applies to your heat network and the charges you pay, take a look at the 'Your heat charges' section in your welcome brochure, or simply get in touch and we'll be able to let you know.
