All the equipment in your home forming part of the heat network, including the HIU, heat meter and in-home display (if applicable), is vigorously tested to be compliant with stringent safety standards.
If any remedial or maintenance work needs to be done to your heating equipment, rest assured, our heating engineers are highly trained and experienced and will make sure they leave the heating equipment in safe and efficient working order.
All repairs or maintenance of your heating equipment must be carried out exclusively by Watkins Energy engineers, or our authorised representatives.
