Please contact us immediately if you believe you may have received fraudulent correspondence online or in the post, falsely claiming to be from Watkins Energy.

If you’ve received what might be a fraudulent email, don’t click on any links in the email.  Contact us first to verify whether it's a genuine communication from us and don’t log onto your online account via the email either, if you believe it might be a suspicious message.

Please also let us know immediately if you think someone may have falsely claimed to be a Watkins Energy representative, trying to gain access to your home.  Watkins Energy engineers won’t call on you without us having previously made an appointment with you and will never ask you for personal or financial information.

There may be times when we might call you, for example if you’ve reported a fault or problem and we’re arranging for an engineer’s visit, but our engineers carry a photo ID badge and wear Watkins uniform.

Don’t be afraid to ask to see their ID before letting them into your home.
