Prices are reviewed once every 12 month and we will always provide 31 days written notice of any change to our heat tariffs. The price we charge you for heat will reflect the price we pay for gas and utilities required to operate the energy centre and the official Consumer Prices Index (CPI). There will be no random price-hikes.
