If you suspect that your heat meter or in home display unit is faulty, you can contact us on 0330 324 0018 and ask us to look into your meter readings. We'll carry out an investigation to see if the meter readings are what we’d typically expect to see for a home of your size. If having looked into it we think that there may be an issue with your meter we 'll send an engineer out to test it and, if necessary, we’ll replace the meter. You won’t be charged for this.

 

If you ask us to come and test the meter and we find that there is no problem with the meter, we may charge you for the engineer visit.
