Your heat meter automatically sends meter readings to us so we can bill you correctly. This means you don’t need to worry about having to send us meter readings.
Your heat meter may be in the cupboard with your HIU, or it may be inside the HIU. If you can’t see your heat meter, you’ll be able to see daily meter readings by logging in to your online account.
