We recognise that it’s harder for some customers to handle their affairs, perhaps due to disability or a health issue, or possibly as a result of difficult personal circumstances, which may be temporary or permanent. For customers who find themselves in vulnerable situations, we offer a Priority Service Register (PSR).
Our PSR alerts us when a customers personal circumstances may mean that they require additional support so we can tailor our services to meet their needs.
