If you have a trusted friend or family member who you’d like to be able to deal with any issues relating to your account on your behalf, just get in touch to let us know.  


You’ll find a registration form for our Priority Services Register in your welcome pack which you can fill out if you'd like to nominate someone to manage your account. You’ll both need to sign this and return it to us. You can also find a copy of the form in the library on our website - https://www.watkinsenergy.co.uk/library.html


As soon as we have confirmation from you both, we’ll update our records so our Customer Care Team know to liaise directly with your nominated representative who has authorisation to act on your behalf.
