There’s a safety mechanism built into the building that cuts off all power when the fire alarm is activated. Without power we can’t operate the energy centre to generate and distribute heat to your home.
This is a feature that’s been installed for health and safety purposes and is something which we don’t have control of. As soon as power is restored we will get the energy centre operating. Depending on how long the power has been off for it may take a while for the system to heat back up.
