We are responsible for the HIU, heat meter and in-home display (if you have one), which all belong to the heat network.
If you have any problems with your HIU, heat meter or in-home display you should let us know as soon as possible. You must never allow anyone other than our engineers to touch or interfere with your HIU, heat meter or in-home display.
We'll make an appointment to visit your home at least once every 24 months to inspect and service you HIU and heat meter. The cost of this is included in your heat tariff.
