Within your home, we’re responsible for the HIU, heat meter and in-home display, although not all customers will have these

The following equipment isn’t part of the heat network and upkeep and replacement of these is your responsibility, or if you're renting your home the responsibility of your landlord:

  • Central heating pipework from the HIU to your radiators and taps
  • Heating thermostat and programmer

  • Radiators and TRVs

  • Underfloor heating

  • Taps

  • Shower / bath

  • Heated towel rail
