Yes, if you’re moving out, we ask that you give us 10 days written notice, we can then arrange closing your account and make sure that any outstanding charges are paid, or any refunds made, as appropriate. Remember, you’ll responsible for paying all heat charges until the end of your tenancy or the date when you no longer legally own your home.

You won’t need to provide us with a final meter reading as we can read your meter remotely. We’ll take a final reading on the day you move out and use this to produce your final bill.
You’ll need to provide us with a forwarding address, as we may need to communicate with you about your account after you’ve moved.
Provided you’ve given us 10 days written notice of your moving date, a final bill or statement will be issued within 6 weeks of the date that your supply ends. If you have any credit on your account balance when it is closed, this will be refunded to you within 10 days.
