The 'Low Heat' warning will show if the temperature which you have set your thermostat to is not reached within 2 hours.
Whilst we are not responsible for the thermostat in your home, we have had a number of calls from customers about the 'Low Heat' warning, so we have spoken to Danfoss to confirm how to clear the warning from the screen thermostat.
To clear the 'Low Heat' you need to follow the below steps:
Press the 3 Lines on your thermostat, you'll find this just to the lop left of the arrows, this is your Menu button
Next, a comment should flash up on the screen saying ‘Clear Warning’
Press 'Ok'
Then press 'OK' again
This should clear the ‘Low Heat’ warning
